Make small changes to get me towards my goal
Get my body moving
Be the person I want to be
Refuse to give in to temptations that will only disappoint me later..
I am going to get back to focusing on myself and creating a better, wiser and healthier me. There are parts of me that I love and enjoy and embracing them will help me stay positive.

With out knowing it yesterday I baked an amazing new and simple recipe for oatmeal cookies on “national oatmeal cookie day” they were so good that this morning when I went to grab one, my kids had eaten them all… If my kids like them then they are a hit!
