Miles, Water and Motivation.

Getting the day going with a green smoothie and some black coffee helped get me motivated for a successful day. Going to try Tone It Up‘s 100 miles by valentines day. I’m Starting today, which means everyday I have to check off at least 3 miles. So to get me hydrated I put together some of my favorite herbs and oils to help down as much water as I can. I added fresh cut ginger, and berry mint from my garden, along with some of my favorite essential oils. Let’s make today successful!
