Morning Smoothie

Serves: 3 people calories: 132 per serving Protein: 2.4

  • 1 1/2 Medium Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup whole raw strawberries
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 2 cups water

Blend all ingredients in blender with water and ice. Toppings optional. Remember to calculate calories of toppings. It will change the calories per serving.
