Dust yourself off and try again

Day 3 of being back on track and eating healthy! It can be so hard focusing on eating the right things and for a while I almost over thought it and felt deprived. But these past few days I’ve just been focusing on being healthy and not so much about what I can’t have, but what I can have and how it will benefit me. Here’s some yummy goodness to try:

Baked savory tofu (which you can buy premade at trader joes)
Mixed wild rice (basmati Indian medley)
Sweet potato
And steamed veggies

And BAM! You have a great easy dinner!


Tomorrow’s Breakfast:
1/2 cup cooked Rolled gluten free oats
1/2 Blood orange
1/2 Banana
1/2 Pear
1 Date
1/4 cup of dried coconut
Splash of almond milk
1tsp agave nectar
Sprinkle walnuts on top

So tasty, so satisfying….



      1. l bet ! I have plan ol oatmeal almost every morning. Sometimes I’ll flavor with strawberries and Blue berries but never thought to put a Blood Orange it ! I’m so trying this when I pick up some blood oranges from the farmers market !
