3 more miles to cross off my 100 by V day!! And though I’ve got a bad cold or the beginnings of the flu, I’m continuing to give my body the appropriate vitamins and nutrients necessary to function. As well as the adequate exercise to keep my heart pumping, blood flowing and endorphins blooming… Try this awesome mix with your protein shake today… Adding the extra vitamins A for healthy eye sight and more, as well as vitamin B!
– 1 whole carrot
– 1/2 ginger root
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 Persian cucumber
– 1/2 cup pineapple

Blend with a cup of almond milk and protein powder of choice.  

Not only will these vitamins help you maintain a healthy diet but they’ll help boost your immune system too!!! I also like to add my favorite essential oils to my protein shakes.. Feel free to add yours!
